Terms & Conditions for paid services on the following domains.

Payment Terms - All accounts are on a pre-paid basis unless other arrangements are made.

All new accounts for hosting or listing, will carry a one time set up fee.
1 to 3monthly accounts £10 - - 6 monthly accounts £5 - - annual accounts Free

Account in arrears will have contact details removed and replaced with "Details presently unavailable",
or where we have been unable to contact a provider and requests for payment have been ignored
"Unable to contact possibly moved on or retired" either requiring a new set up fee to reinstate.

Whilst we endeavour to update statements regularly, it is the providers
responsibility to ensure accounts are kept in credit.

Any listing no longer required should be cancelled prior to the
start of the next payment period to avoid additional charges.

On ordering a site, promo page or feature listings, a sample copy
will be promptly produced for viewing by client.

Once copy is agreed and payment method agreed site, promo page
or feature listings will go live on the web.

Domain Name if required can be any available .co.uk domain name, leased and pointing to your site @ £10p/a.
We do though urge you to register your own domain name in your own name should you wish to avoid negotiating
a transfer fee should you wish to change hosting companies.

Future amendment costs

Features & Promo Pages - (Occasional monthly simple changes no charge.)
where deemed chargeable text / detail changes £5 per page - Photo changes £5 x 1to3 photos.

Hosted Sites - (Occasional monthly simple changes no charge.)
where deemed chargeable text / detail changes £5 per page - Photo changes £5 x 1to3 photos.

Adding Review links or exchange banners. ( Free once a month)
Note - banner must be supplied to us as an attachment or exact URL location of banner provided.
Banners should not exceed 470x70px and be no larger than 25kb in file size
